Job Role:
Production Operator (Male and Female Candidates)

Location:
Dixon Technologies, Sector-90, Plot No. A-06, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment as per guidelines.

Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace.

Ensure quality checks and meet production targets.

Follow company processes and reporting guidelines.

Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass (any board)

ITI (any trade)

Diploma (any technical branch)

Graduation (any stream)

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of manufacturing/assembly work.

Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines.

Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Salary & Benefits:

10th/12th Pass: Approx. ₹13,250 (including attendance and punching bonus)

ITI: Approx. ₹13,594

Diploma: Approx. ₹15,087

Salary may vary based on interview and qualification.

Overtime: 2–3 hours daily (extra pay)

Attendance Bonus and Punching Bonus included.

Free bus facility and subsidized canteen (₹16.50/day deduction).
